So today's post is not going to be as fun as planned. I am working on something I find very exciting but have recently encountered some trials. So I am seeking some bloggy help!
First, have any of you recently downloaded the font called Sassy? It is super fun and I LOVE it. Here is a sample and a hint at what I am working on.
The reason I am asking is because I want to give credit to her but I can't find where I got it!! I know that I downloaded it on Saturday the 23rd and I know that I got it off of a blog! If anyone knows PLEASE let me know.
The second question I have is about clip art. Where do you get your clip art? Do you ever use the standard clip art that comes with Microsoft? Does anyone know how copyright issues go with Microsoft's clip art?
Any suggestions or advice for new teachers/bloggers looking to share creations?
It came from me! I'm glad you like it!
ReplyDeleteI don't know what Microsoft's terms is use are for clip art, but there are lots of websites that you can download commercially licensed clip art from. I use Etsy and PrintCandee a lot, but Teacher's Pay Teachers and Teachers Notebook has clip art, too. Just make sure to read the terms of use if you're planning on posting your materials to TpT or TN!

ahhh!! Thank you so much. I thought it was you but clearly missed it on your blog. I swear I looked like 10 times for it!! Anyway, I can wait to share what I made. And thanks for the tip about the clip art.
DeleteMy favorite clip art comes from 3am teacher, Melonheadz, and KPM Doodles. All three have blogs and shops, and their terms of use are very easy to follow. Some clip art sellers have licenses and stuff that you have to buy, but those three do not. If you follow their blogs, they also give away freebies that you can use as long as credit is given. Hope that helps! =)
